IMAGE PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIME

Please allow up to 4 weeks for orders to be produced and released by Devine Imageworks. Digital image purchases are not instant downloads.

 

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

The customer is responsible for ensuring their orders are 100% correct before submission. This includes which images are selected by the customer, making sure that the group/ team photos (if applicable) are correct, the spelling of names (and all other necessary information) is correct on custom products (if applicable), and any/all other components of a particular order.  Once an order has been produced, it is transferred directly to our third-party integrated printing labs and will be produced, packed, and shipped as submitted.  The customer is responsible for any/all additional printing and/or shipping costs arising from an incorrectly entered shipping address by the customer and is not eligible for any refunds of the original order due to an incorrectly entered shipping address by the customer.  

 

MODEL RELEASE

Upon placing an order, customers hereby irrevocably authorize The Magic in Pixels LLC /dba Devine Imageworks (hereinafter referred to as "Devine Imageworks"), to use photographs of the individual in the images purchased and their likeness and authorize Devine Imageworks and their assignees, licensees, legal representatives, and transferees to use and publish (with or without my name, company name, or with a fictitious name) photographs, pictures, portraits or images herein described in any and all forms and media and in all manners including composite images or distorted representations, and the purposes of publicity, illustration, commercial art, advertising, publishing (including publishing in electronic form on CDs or internet websites), for any product or services, or other lawful uses as may be determined by the photographer or Devine Imageworks.  I further waive any and all rights to review or approve any uses of my likeness and/or any written copy or finished product. I am of full legal age and have read and fully understand the terms of this release.  If you do not wish to have your images used, you must notify Devine Imageworks in writing at tim@devineimageworks.com and include your name, order number, and the subject's name that appears in the photographs.

 

REFUND POLICY

Printed products may be returned for a refund if the customer is not satisfied with the quality of the product.  In the event of an error on the part of Devine Imageworks, the error will be corrected at no cost to the customer.  Requests for refunds and claims for items that have not been received must be made within 45 days of the original shipping date as provided by the respective print labs.  No refunds will be offered for digital downloads once the file(s) has/have been downloaded except in the case of an error by Devine Imageworks, even if the customer has selected the wrong file or background for purchase.
